Our bolacash Account and Use Policy

We reserve the right to void bets in case of technical errors, data transmission failures, or obvious pricing mistakes (e.g., incorrect decimal placement). If a bet is voided, your stake is returned in full to your bolacash balance. We do not offer cashback, refunds, or consolation payouts on losing bets under normal circumstances.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints
